This pellet grill puts 811 sq in of wood pellet cooking area behind a slide-and-grill direct flame system, giving it a sear most pellet grills can't touch. An ash cleanout system and PID controller hold temperatures within a few degrees, the kind of consistency competition-style briskets and ribs demand. A built-in accessory port lets you bolt on a griddle or sear box when the cook calls for it. Pellet convenience, charcoal-level char, no compromise.
